On this page, you can access all the necessary details about our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) policy. Please ensure that your RMA request is made within the specified warranty period and that you provide complete information on the RMA sheet. Once you have filled out the RMA sheet, you can submit it to info@phonewize-fzco.com. This will enable us to approve your request and provide you with the return address. To complete your RMA request, please follow the guidelines presented in the five steps below.

1. Fill in the RMA form

Download the RMA form and fill in all required data

2. Send the completed RMA form

Once you have filled out the RMA form, please send it to the following email address: info@phonewize-fzco.com. Please wait for approval.

3. Approval and Shipping

After your request has been approved, please return the RMA to the confirmed shipping address, and remember to include a printed copy of the RMA form with the shipment.

4. Processing the received RMA

Once received, your RMA will be processed within 7 business days. If replacement devices are necessary, they will be shipped back using DHL Express. If a replacement or repair cannot be provided within 7 business days, we will issue a credit note.

5. RMA Completed

Your RMA has been successfully resolved. We appreciate your business and look forward to doing business with you again.
